Friday 10th April - CHILD art class (am)

Join Jan on Friday 10th April for a child art class designed to inspire creativity. This is a class for children who have a keen interest in painting and are willing to take part. 
 
All materials are supplied, with guided demonstrations and one-to-one support throughout the session.

Location: New Cumnock Town Hall (31-33 Castle, New Cumnock, Cumnock KA18 4AN)
Parking: On street parking or New Cumnock outdoor swimming pool car park (free)
cost: £20
(£10 deposit (non refundable unless we can fill your space) Remaining £10 cash on the day)
 
Whats Included?: 
Each child will receive a 10x12inch quality canvas. 
We appreciate that many children have taken part before and dont want to paint the same thing again, so your child will have a variety of workshops they can pick from. 
They will have demonstrations throughout the class aswell as one to one support.
Max 12 children per class
We only use the best quality materials (the same paints and canvas' Jan would use for her own paintings)
You will finish with a painting ready to hang on the wall. 
We are using acrylic paint so you MUST wear old clothes - the paint does not come out of clothes.
Please also bring a plastic bag or newspaper to place your painting on the floor of your car when returning home - the paint may not be completely dry when leaving the class. 
 
***please note that we have a zero tolerance for bad behaviour or behaviour that may disrupt the class for other children. If you child doesnt engage in the activity/ causes a distraction for the class, we may phone you to collect your child. We hope you can understand. ***
 
You will receive an email or text prior to the class as a reminder. We will also ask you to complete a quick form with emergency contact information/ permission for photographs.
